Brian “Brad” Mahoney is the founder and managing attorney of Mahoney Law Group, P.C. Attorney Mahoney concentrates his practice in legal areas related to the acquisition, financing, sale and development of residential and commercial real estate, including condominium development. Attorney Mahoney has more than 25 years of experience in real estate as an attorney, mortgage loan officer, commercial real estate broker, real estate investor and landlord which gives Attorney Mahoney a unique perspective as an attorney well-versed in all facets of real estate transactions. Attorney Mahoney has extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate conveyancing and he represents sellers, buyers and lenders in transactions of any size. Attorney Mahoney’s performance as a top-producing mortgage originator and commercial real estate broker for nationally-ranked firms serves his clients particularly well. Whether it’s handling the intricacies of negotiating a Purchase and Sale Agreement, reviewing clients’ mortgage financing documents or overseeing a smooth closing process, Attorney Mahoney’s extensive knowledge, experience and commitment to service ensures his clients receive unparalleled real estate representation.
Attorney Mahoney is an active member and sponsor of numerous professional associations, including the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts (REBA), South Shore Realtors, Inc., Women’s Council of Realtors-South Shore and Massachusetts and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. Additionally, Attorney Mahoney is a Trustee for the South Shore Health Foundation. Brad was a varsity hockey player for the University of Maine Black Bears where, among his highlights, was his participation in the 1995 NCAA Frozen Four and National Championship games. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, working out and investing in real estate.
Attorney Mahoney received his J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston where he was an Editor for the Law Review. He received his M.B.A. from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management and his B.S. from the University of Maine, Orono. He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Massachusetts.
